Our custom coffee packaging bags are built for roasted coffee, ground coffee and coffee beans that need strong aroma barrier and shelf presence. Choose from flat bottom (eight-side seal), side gusset and stand-up pouch styles, finished with a one-way degassing valve, resealable zipper and tear notch.
Bags are supplied in film structures from kraft paper laminates to high-barrier PET/AL/PE, printed by rotogravure or digital printing with your brand artwork. Produced in FDA- and ISO-certified facilities, with full in-house QC on seal strength and oxygen transmission.

Freshly roasted coffee releases CO2. The valve lets gas escape without letting air in, so bags can be sealed straight after roasting.

Coffee bags are checked for oxygen transmission and valve function before despatch. Every order runs through incoming material inspection, in-line print and seal checks, and a final AQL sampling inspection before packing. Produced in FDA- and ISO-certified facilities. Certification is held by our manufacturing partners, and test reports for migration, seal strength and barrier performance can be issued with your shipment on request.

Yes. The valve is optional — many customers packing ground coffee or capsules omit it. Tell us your filling process and we will advise.
For long shelf life we recommend a foil-based structure such as PET/AL/PE. For eco-positioned lines, recyclable mono-PE with a high-barrier coating is available.
Yes. We provide free dieline templates (PDF/AI) for standard 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg sizes, including valve and zipper positions.
MOQ is 5,000 pcs per design. Digital printing can start lower for simple artwork; gravure is most economical at volume. Contact us for a quote.
Yes — stock samples are free; custom-printed samples carry a setup cost that is refunded on bulk orders.
