You send vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) and the cup size. We return a print layout for the exact cup geometry - curved walls change how art lands - and a digital mock-up within 24 hours. Nothing moves to tooling until you approve the mock-up.
Cups are printed on the cup body before or after forming depending on the build, then trimmed and rimmed. Print registration on a curved, tapered wall is the craft here - this is why designing inside the safe area matters. Quality documents for the production run are available with your order.
Inline checks cover print alignment, rim roundness and wall consistency; a final check pulls samples per batch against the approved mock-up. MOQ from 5,000 pcs per size, and the MOQ stays the same whether you print one colour or six.
Cups are stacked, bagged and packed in 5-layer export cartons. Pieces per carton and carton dimensions are confirmed per SKU before you order, so you can plan freight and shelf space in advance. At loading, cartons are palletised and wrapped - mixed SKUs consolidate into one container with one set of documents.
Sampling in about 7-10 days; production 15-25 days after artwork approval and deposit. Sea freight from Shantou; FOB base, CIF and DDP on request.
